The aim of the project is to increase ARCS efficiency of resource mobilization.
Objectives of the program are:
- Generation of unlimited unrestricted income for ARCS
- Increasing use of digital marketing for resource mobilization
- Mobilization of public resources (Human, technical, financial)
- Creation and development of the ARCS database
- Capacity building of communication skills for staff and volunteers, current and potential donors
- Development and finalization of RM Strategy 2021-2025
