On 28 October, at 11:00 AM, a press conference was organized at «Haynews" Press club to announce the launch of the "Help. I Can, You Can, We Can ... " project, implemented by the Armenian Red Cross Society, in cooperation with the German Red Cross, financed by the German European Fund for Peace.
