The Armenian Red Cross Society (ARCS), organized a "Basics of First Aid" training course for the employees of the Zangezur Copper Molybdenum Combine Yerevan office on July 6, which included the following topics: general first aid steps, assessment of emergency situations, CPR, bleeding, airway obstruction, soft tissue injuries, burns and others.
About 4,600 employees of ZCM combine will receive first aid knowledge within the framework of cooperation of the ARCS and Zangezur Copper Molybdenum Combine. The content of the course has been developed considering the emergency situations occurring in combine.
The ARCS instructors work with several groups at the same time on a daily basis, thanks to which more than 1200 employees have already participated in the training course.
