On 11 November, ARCS President Mkhitar Mnatsakanyan met with the RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan. The aim of the meeting was to discuss several issues concerning to the "Relief for Syrian Armenians" project, which ARCS is implementing by the finance of Austrian Development Agency and with the support of Asutrian Red Cross.
