Specifics of care for older people and people with disabilities
As part of the regular training sessions organized for the staff and volunteers of the ARCS Gyumri Care Center, aimed at improving the quality of care, two-day training sessions on the “Specifics of care for older people and people with disabilities” kicked off on April 4, 2025. The course is aimed at the continuous improvement of both the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of the caregiving staff. During the training, special attention was given to the organization of nursing processes and modern caregiving techniques for elderly and persons with disabilities. The training was organized within the “W2X - Working 2gether for Quality Care, Well-being & Dignity-Next Level” project, carried out in cooperation with the Austrian Red Cross and co-funded by the Austrian Development Agency (ADA), with funds from the Austrian Development Cooperation.
