On August 25, in the frame of “Working 2gether for quality care, well-being and dignity” project a round-table discussion was organized by ARCS Social and Health Department to discuss the main issues related to reorientation of Gyumri Care Center residents who have mental health problems and alcohol addiction. Representatives of local government and health sector of Shirak region participated in the discussion.
According to a memorandum signed with the RA Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs in December 2019, the Armenian Red Cross Society took over the management of the Gyumri nursing home, making investments aimed at improving the quality of life and care services for the beneficiaries.
