Armenian Red Cross Society, within the economic opportunities and economic development component of the IRIS programme announces
the third round of a three-month paid traineeship opportunity
for unemployed Syrian Armenian and local Armenian jobseekers, which allows participants to obtain better education and professional experience and eventually a stable and durable job.
For whom
- Unemployed Syrian Armenian refugees and unemployed local Armenians over the age of 18
- Any professional sector or branch is eligible
Suitable employers will be identified for the selected trainees and then both will be linked up using a personal interview as a first step. In case of a green light from both parties a three-party contract will be signed. Each traineeship will be financially supported for three months.
Recommendation letters from previous employers and vocational training providers will be considered as an advantage.
Please note that only the shortlisted participants will be invited for the interview.
